Headquartered in Mississauga, we satisfy the needs of clients internationally through our branch/satellite offices and Global recruiting partners. One of our most recent placements on the world stage was a General Manager for a Pharmaceutical start-up in Saudi Arabia. As a truly National, Canadian firm, we service all Provinces (during one month in 2013 we actually placed someone in 8 out of the 10 provinces) and offer our services in both official languages, plus 6 others

New mandates are coming in fast and furious, our clients are expressing an optimism not seen in many years, and in order to keep up with demand we are looking to expand. Specifically with regards to our Natural Resource & Energy practice, we are looking to develop the African market as a complement to our presence in Canada.

WHO ARE YOU?

-A Search Consultant with at least 10+ years of experience and a proven history of developing new clients and making successful placements… traditionally referred to as running a 360 degree desk.
-10 years’ experience in Head Hunting and Specialist Recruitment in Engineering, Resources (mining, oil and gas),
-Experience in recruiting in Africa and has established clients and a book of business that can be serviced. The post will require the Specialist Head Hunter / Recruiter to develop the Canadian market as well as service the African market
-Suitable tertiary qualification that supports the expert specialization for recruitment in Engineering, Resources (mining, oil and gas), Construction  
-Proven ability to build a specialist division (pod) within a firm
-Experience and ability to train juniors and interns in specialist recruitment and Head Hunting in Engineering, Resources (mining, oil and gas)
-Full 360 degree recruitment expertise – sourcing clients and specs, building client relationships, sourcing candidates, managing the entire recruitment
-Someone who sees this career as one that provides you with the opportunity to change people’s lives

-An expert communicator who can not only speak to people but also listen and understand them as well.
-A talented writer, who can compose written material which conveys with certainty the message intended.
-A master of time and project management, capable of juggling the needs of multiple clients, multiple orders and all of the requirements thereof and therein.
-An uncanny knack for relating to people; you must first be able to relate in order to create a relationship.

COMPENSATION:

An above average, escalating and uncapped commission compensation structure, with exciting bonuses, competitions, trips, prizes, etc.!

EDUCATION:

Post Secondary Education is an asset, Engineering preferred.

Prior experience in a Recruitment capacity.
