POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Overseeing a high profile, high traffic commercial property in the GTA, the Senior Property Manager’s responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

-Ensuring strong tenant relations through effective communication and service programs.
-Overseeing day to day operations ensuring tenant issues are addressed promptly.
-Implementing policies and procedures while ensuring staff adhere to company guidelines.
-Creating and managing operating and capital budgets.
-Conducting regular inspections of property and following up on any issues to ensure they have been addressed.
-Work with senior management to compile long term operating and capital plans.
-Compiling comprehensive reports for senior managements.
-Coaching, mentoring, and training staff.
-Conducting annual performance appraisals.

EXPERIENCE: In order to be COMPETITIVE for this position, you will have:

-Post Secondary education.
-5+ years’ Management experience; being hands on in managing operations, compiling budgets and overseeing preventative maintenance programs.
-Strong communication skills.
-Excellent computer skills; MS office.

COMPENSATION:

Post-secondary education a must.

QUALIFICATIONS:

5+ years’ Management experience; being hands on in managing operations, compiling budgets and overseeing preventative maintenance programs.
