POSITION DESCRIPTION:

  • Promptly resolve and enter exception reports into the system
  • Finalize claims by working with the Cross Dock Department
  • Create and modify bills of ladings with Accuterm
  • With customer satisfaction and cost management firmly in mind, coordinate resolution of problem cases with dock personnel, dispatchers and/or supervisors.
  • Assist with pertinent calls from customers and drivers
  • 3 years of customer service and claims experience
  • The ability to work under pressure and multitask
  • The ability to work in a changing environment
  • Excellent customer service skills/acumen
  • Experience in the transportation industry (ideally/an asset)

EXPERIENCE: In order to be COMPETITIVE for this position, you will have:
