THE COMPANY:

A well established privately-owned development/management company with over 50 years of growth and success is looking for a business savvy Property Administrator with a strong administrative, leasing and financial background within the Commercial sector. Our client is looking for an assertive individual with a strong administrative background who is able to work in a fast paced environment and is able to work autonomously in a busy portfolio.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Answering of incoming calls and directing inquiries to appropriate individual
  • Rent collection, inputting into Quickbooks and depositing
  • Strong understanding of commercial leases and lease clauses
  • Typing of general correspondence and tenant memorandums
  • Monthly reporting including, arrears statements, vacancy reports, etc.
  • Ensuring tenants are up to date with insurance certificates
  • Interaction with contractors and utility companies
  • General office duties including filing, faxing, ordering of office supplies, mail distribution etc. 

EXPERIENCE: In order to be COMPETITIVE for this position, you will have:

  • Over 5 years of experience derived from the Commercial Property Management sector
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Superior Communication and Organizational skills
  • Experience working in an independently and in a fast paced environment 

COMPENSATION:

$35,000-$40,000 annually.  Health and Medical benefits will NOT be provided.
