RELOCATION:

This position is domiciled in Saint John, NB. Relocation is available if required. 

THE OPPORTUNITY:

This role, reporting to the Group Vice President, influences key stakeholders to construct and leverage cohesive relationships toward a continuous improvement culture.   As an accomplished coach, this position guides a team of continuous improvement and analytics professionals who facilitate process improvement and change initiatives throughout the division.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Experience leading six sigma projects and/or lean transformations would be an asset.
  • Familiarity with guiding digital transformations in businesses would be an asset.
  • Six Sigma Belt certification from a recognized institution/company required.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and coaching for success.
  • Six Sigma improvement methodology
  • Basic knowledge of predictive/prescriptive / machine learning models
  • Experience working with Tableau or other data visualization and analytics tools
  • Change Management experience
  • Basic Financial knowledge
  • Lean improvement and deployment methodology training

COMPENSATION:

Competitive base salary with excellent benefits.

Post-Secondary Degree in a related discipline
