POSITION TITLE:

Account Manager - Industrial Services Sales

COMPENSATION:

Our client offers Competitive Base salary, company vehicle, generous bonus plan, full medical, Dental, and RRSP plan.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

This is a full time position. In this important you role you will:

  • Developing relationships at multiple levels within the client’s organization including operating engineers, facility managers, plant engineers, plant managers, etc.
  • Develop/establish Asset and Capital Equipment lifecycle management plans with clients
  • Development, evaluation and discussion of technical solutions with clients.
  • Complete material take-offs, equipment selections and pricing as necessary to develop cost estimates.
  • Preparation and presentation of proposals/quotations to clients and closing the sale.
  • Conduct activities in accordance with company policy including safety and respecting the environment

THE OPPORTUNITY:

This is a position that will suit individuals who have an interest and passion for outdoor and ice sports.  There is an established territory, and the effort is to both take care of existing business and prospect for more new clients in the territory.

THE COMPANY:

EXPERIENCE:

We seek people who are fearless in meeting new people and establishing rapport quickly. Ideally, you have over three year experience selling technical or HVAC type products, and feel you would be happy and well received in the recreation markets.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Computer literate
  • Clean driving record
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills
  • Free to travel overnight 25-30%
  • Skating or Hockey background would be ideal
  • Excellent communications and writing skills
  • Proficient in Word, Excel & Outlook.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven and highly organized with excellent time management skills
  • Possess a positive and professional presence, exceptional verbal/written communication skills
  • Customer focus and have the ability to make instant relationships with people
  • Possess an assertive and disciplined personality, works hard to close the deal
  • A love and passion for ice sports and the preservation of our Canadian Ice Rinks

LOCATION:

Saskatoon, SK

EMPLOYMENT TYPE:

Permanent, Full-Time

EDUCATION:

  • Formal technical education and training (Red Seal, C.E.T., C.Tech. or similar)
  • College or University Degree Preferred HVAC or Refrigeration is Ideal
