Be the driving force behind all aspects of the technological evolution of this growing organization. Leading a small but growing team you will bring not only strong technical skills but also an ability to lead, mentor and develop others. Given the company-wide, all-encompassing nature of instituting IT best practices you will be an accomplished bridge-builder, fostering strong relationships with key shareholders, often acting as the technology “translator” for those less fluent in the related vernacular! 

A fast paced environment where customer service is paramount and neither the clients nor the product will stand for delays, you will bring to the IT team a similar sense of urgency, customer service orientation and dedication to execution! 

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

You and your team will have responsibility for everything and anything that is technology related. This will range from high level strategy through setting up printers and hanging TV’s. Your expertise will involve ensuring a secure and efficient IT infrastructure, inclusive of all hardware, software, business applications, networks, etc. Specific experience with Navision / Microsoft Dynamics NAV is essential.
