POSITION TITLE:

COMPENSATION:

$70,000 - $90,000

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Our client is a growing organization in the Finance/Banking sector. They are looking for a dedicated HR Manager who would directly contribute to their continued growth. A leader who not only can provide positive encouragement and coaching to members of the HR Team, but also use their knowledge to impart corporate wisdom to the organization as a whole.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

This is an opportunity for an HR professional who is looking to take control and manage key resources regarding the company’s HR functions. You would provide initiatives and support in the administration of Payroll and Benefits programs. Maintain policy and procedure and provide insight into applicable legislation. You would be trusted council and expected to be able to make difficult decisions for the betterment of the organization.

EXPERIENCE:In order to be COMPETITIVE for this position, you will have:

-Minimum 5+ years’ Human Resources experience
-Previous Supervisory, or Team Lead experience
-A commitment to detail and organized working habits
-A creative solutions provider
-Proven key decision maker
-Reside within the area and have the ability to travel to various locations across Ontario
-Experience managing relations in a Unionized environment considered an asset
-Post-Secondary Education in Human Resources
-CHRL or CHRP certification
-Current member of the HRPA

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s Degree in HR and a CHRL (or CHRP) designation.
