COMMERCIAL PROPERTY MANAGER

Our client is a well-established Real Estate and Development company.  With over 20 years of proven success and credibility, our client has made a great footprint in the industry, not only in development but operating some of Canada’s greatest landmarks.  This top tier company is looking for a Commercial Property Manager to be a part of their continued success and join their team in one of their prominent portfolios on a CONTRACT basis.

COMPENSATION:

$90,000-$100,000, plus benefits

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Our client requires a strategic leader to oversee one of their most prominent sites.  As an integral part of the organizations leadership team, you will be responsible for working with various departments to strategize and lead operational programs to ensure effective and efficient implementation.  Overseeing the third party management company, the Property Manager will be responsible for ensuring staff is motivated and adhering to departmental goals to ensure effective operations. Reporting to the Senior Director, the Property Manager will be responsible for ensuring expenditures remain within prescribed budgets, while justifying any variances that may occur.  The incumbent will also be responsible for assisting in compiling the annual operating budgets with the third party management company. 

Our client is looking for an individual that wants to join a company that will offer diversity, support and a creative work environment. They are looking for a dynamic individual with an outgoing, approachable personality and the ability to build strong client focused relationships. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

-At least 7-10 years’ experience in a leadership role.
-Commercial experience a MUST.
-Engineering Technology or Building Science Background a definite Asset.
