DISTRICT BUSINESS MANAGER - EAST

THE COMPANY:

Our client is a storied company in the HVAC and refrigeration sector. They truly are at the forefront of industry advancements, specializing in the engineering, design, manufacturing, installation and service of complex thermal building solutions for industrial, process cooling. They are looking to expand their team to further performance within their Eastern region and desire to hire a District Business Manager, to ensure this is accomplished.

COMPENSATION:

$90,000 - $110,000

THE OPPORTUNITY:

This is an incredible opportunity for a driven and proven business professional. An organized individual who is goal-oriented, budget conscious and has a natural ability to motivate a team to exceed the sales expectations for their territory and for the region. A professional who understands how to maximize the analytics acquired from the company’s SAP system.

This position reports directly to the General Manager for Eastern Canada. The position requires the ability to develop sales strategies and targets; implement methods to train and motivate sales personnel within the region; provide clear leadership direction and training; travel regularly across the Eastern region to meet with staff and ensure local operations are running efficiently and effectively; file reports, create budgets and manage people through the company’s HRIS systems.

Most importantly, this position requires a professional willing to commit to ensuring that the company’s eastern territory continues to stay at the forefront of the industry.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years’ of sales management experience.
  • Knowledge of SAP systems and HRIS.
  • Proven track record of motivating teams, developing sales strategies and increasing sales growth.
  • A passion for budgeting and exceeding goals.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business and/or Sales & Marketing.
  • Willingness to travel amongst offices throughout the East Coast of Canada.
  • Bilingual is considered an asset.
