COMPENSATION:

THE OPPORTUNITY:

This is an opportunity to use your relationship and sales skills to build a loyal following of clients that continue to use you as their first choice when the need arises. You will be in regular touch, decide what level of support or entertainment is appropriate, and ensure that you are their first call. Your clients are protected.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

This is a sales position calling on decision-making managers (Property managers, Facility Directors, condo, commercial and hospitality properties). Your job is to develop the relationships so the company is top of mind when a need arises. You will be in regular communications with the Property managers in your territory, and work to develop those relationships based on the clients exceptional reputation. There is an occasional need for you to attend after hours events as part of your business development efforts.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 3+ years of successful B2B sales
  • A strong desire to develop an above average income that is sustainable
  • Experience calling on this audience for any other type of service is ideal.
  • Strong relationship and communication skills.
  • Computer skills needed to track activity. And future call plans
