THE OPPORTUNITY:

Due to an increase in business, my client has an immediate need for a Tool and Die Maker Team Lead. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to work with a dynamic company that offers unlimited growth. 

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The Tool and Die Maker Team Lead will be responsible for productivity and performance in the Tool room ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner, and assist in troubleshooting.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Tool and Die Maker in an automotive environment.
  • Must have excellent leadership skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have experience with CAD modelling (Mastercam, Solidworks, Inventor).
  • Experience with MIG/TIG Welding.
