Our client is a leading manufacturer offering some of the newest technology in the market. They are a widely successful company, with decades of experience as an industry leader in their field. Our client is looking to expand their footing within the Ontario Market and is looking for a driven and dedicated professional to take on the role of Account Manager.

COMPENSATION:

Strong Base Salary plus a generous and uncapped commission plan, benefits, company car and gas card.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

As an Account Manager, you will understand your market/territory to develop activity plans and market penetration plans. The role will require you to be on the road meeting with customers, always providing a high level of customer satisfaction that not only deepens, but also strengthens your relationship with the customer. You will also be responsible for the growth of your territory, through prospecting and selling to new customers – rewarding you for your increased revenues with an uncapped commission plan. The role will have you managing and growing accounts across Eastern Ontario.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Desire to learn and grow.
  • Bachelor level degree in Business, Business Administration in Management, or engineering preferred.
  • At least 5-10 years’ experience in sales.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Confident knowledge in the use of Salesforce.
  • Strong business acumen, numerate and commercially aware.
  • Comfortable with working in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentations etc.)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills - able to liaise, gain commitment and “buy-in” to ideas.
  • Valid G Class Driver’s License and record in good standing.
  • Bilingual (English & French) considered an asset.
