The role will pertain partnering with hiring managers to identify talent needs and developing creative sourcing techniques, screening, submitting qualified candidates and on-boarding. WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Create target lists and business plans for client acquisition, develop new accounts and conduct retention sales calls, obtain job orders, maintain a high fill ratio, penetrate client accounts and take a positive position in corporate partnering.
  • Generate revenue by managing and negotiating with clients and build long lasting relationships with clients and candidates while working closely with both throughout the entire hiring process.
  • Responsible for full cycle of recruiting to acquire the best talent from source to hire.
  • Source candidates from multiple channels, present screened and matched candidates to clients for interviews and fill orders.
  • Conduct matching, prepping and debriefing of candidates for interviews.
  • Prospecting and new business development. Generate new clients by marketing talented candidates, networking, cold calling and consistently prospecting.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE?

  • 3 years experience in 360 desk sales and recruiting.
  • 3 years experience in Head Hunting and Specialist Recruitment in your patch with proven track record of success.
  • Track record of over-achieving quota.
  • Experience managing B2B relationships.
  • Computer use competency.
  • Post Secondary Education is an asset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A dedicated professional with the persistence, flexibility and willingness to “go the extra mile”.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven track record in Recruitment consulting.
  • The proven ability to attract and retain clientele.
  • A history of going “above and beyond” to help clients meet their goals.
  • A desire to earn income at an exceptionally high level.

Prior experience in a Recruitment capacity.
