INSIDE SALES

THE COMPANY:

Our client is a Canadian industrial distributor dealing in the bearings, industrial supplies, power transmission and related products both domestic and international.  They are seeking to fill a critical role in their Inside Sales Team.

COMPENSATION:

Competitive compensation, commission structure, vehicle package and great benefits.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

You will bring your technical knowledge in assisting customers by telephone, email or in person. Utilizing your negotiation skills, you will identify specific or alternate products based on cost, availability, or client specifications. Negotiating sale prices and purchase prices to ensure profit objectives are met.  Strong customer service is a large component in sourcing of goods and shipments.  Follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and resolve issues as required.  You will routinely interface with account managers. 

EXPERIENCE:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • 2 years Industrial inside sales.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Excellent computer knowledge, Excel, PowerPoint, Work, Outlook.
  • Post-secondary education considered an asset.
  • Exceptional customer service skill.
