A leading manufacturer, with world-class operations employing cutting-edge technology has an opportunity for an experience Production Supervisor (rotating shifts) to join their flourishing, increasingly growing organization. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead, coach, and mentor employees while providing continuous feedback.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve overall operational results.
  • Conduct performance management assessments by providing appreciative and constructive feedback to support to development of direct reports.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 5+ years' supervisory experience in a Manufacturing environment a MUST.
  • Proven experience working well with resources (Maintenance, QA, Supply Chain, and Processing departments.
  • Non-union or union experience a must.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Solid technical problem-solving ability.
  • Collaborative team player with superior influencing skills, who builds relationships easily across various stakeholder groups to move initiatives forward.
  • Strong team building skills with a positive attitude and proactive mindset.
