THE OPPORTUNITY:

This opportunity reports directly to the Plant Controller and is responsible to provide accounting services and support to the finance team, other departments, and their clients.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

  • Maintain Accounts Receivable System and assist in Accounts Payable as required
  • Provide timely submissions of invoices
  • Prepare monthly journal entries
  • Provide reports and support for audits, budgeting and other issues
  • Create monthly Variance Analysis, perform Bank Reconciliations
  • Enter customer invoices to the ERP system. Process customer payments.
  • Assist with preparation of cash forecast
  • Communicate with all departments on invoicing discrepancies/issues
  • Other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College Degree or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Must have strong computer skills
  • Good command of English, written and oral
  • Excellent time-management
