THE COMPANY:

Our client is a small General Contractor that is currently looking to grow their team with the addition of a Handyman. This General Contracting firm is a division of a developer that specializes in the construction of high-rise Commercial and Residential Properties.

COMPENSATION:

Commensurate on candidates experience and qualifications.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The successful incumbent will have experience with the following:

  • Demolition
  • Carpentry
  • Flooring installation including hardwood
  • Installation of insulation and drywall
  • Painting
  • Framing and Finishing carpentry
  • Minor plumbing
  • Superior customer service skills

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years' experience working as a construction worker/handyman
  • Experience derived in the commercial setting would be ideal, but individuals with residential experience will be considered
  • Excellent communications skills
