THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are looking for a keen business receptionist who is ready and willing to learn on the front-line.  You will be instrumental in assisting a busy recruitment office with professionalism and efficiency. You will take pride in being the first face clients and candidates see in the office or the first voice they hear on the phone.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

As our business receptionist, you will work closely alongside each of our Consultants. Key acumen that you will continue to perfect are:

  • Microsoft Office
  • Multiline phone system
  • Customer service
  • Organization and attention to detail
  • Multi-tasking

Along with these key skill areas you will have the opportunity to nurture your multi-tasking and communication skills by working with a diverse group of clients, candidates, consultants and the general public.
