THE OPPORTUNITY:

As a member of this team, you will be wearing many hats. You will learn the industry by supporting service technicians across Montreal. In addition to placing orders and expediting deliveries, you'll also use your analytical skills to develop strategic initiatives to ensure product availability for those very mechanics and clients.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent bilingual communication skills in French and English, both written and spoken
  • Mechanical aptitude or direct HVAC/Refrigeration knowledge is considered a very strong asset
  • Service Dispatch experience in an industrial environment
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of SAP or previous experience with ERP systems
  • Post-secondary education with courses in Purchasing or Supply Chain Management would be an asset
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, Word & Outlook)

L'OPPORTUNITÉ : En tant que membre de cette équipe, vous porterez plusieurs chapeaux. Vous apprendrez l'industrie en soutenant les techniciens de service à travers Montréal. En plus de passer des commandes et d'accélérer les livraisons, vous utiliserez également vos compétences analytiques pour développer des initiatives stratégiques afin d'assurer la disponibilité des produits pour ces mêmes mécaniciens et clients.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellentes compétences en communication bilingue en français et en anglais, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral
  • Aptitudes mécaniques ou connaissances directes en CVC/Réfrigération sont considérées comme un atout très important
  • Expérience de la répartition des services dans un environnement industriel
  • Aptitude avérée à travailler dans un environnement en évolution rapide
  • Connaissance de SAP ou expérience antérieure avec les systèmes ERP
  • Une formation postsecondaire avec des cours en achats ou en gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement serait un atout
  • Maîtrise des applications MS Office (Excel, Word et Outlook)
